A PROVEN
MODEL

Beginning your HOPE journey is the first step in launching your career. And we’re here every step of the way.

Through our programs, we address systemic inequities within communities and for those carrying historic trauma and hardship.

Join Our Training Programs

Many of our programs are focused on opportunities in the green economy, exposing participants to environmental justice concerns and solutions. Participants build skills and gain certifications that address these concerns. Every program we offer gives participants access to the our five-week, holistic core curriculum and the HOPE support system.
