No matter which program you participate in, you get access to the HOPE support system. Launching your career requires more than just new skills. You might also need food security, financial education, professional clothing, and access to housing resources.
We’re here to support you with every aspect of who you are, and what you might need, as you launch your career.

HOPE offers free professional clothing and personal shopping experiences to current students and graduates. Clothing is donated by individuals, community groups and corporate partners.

HOPE provides on-site, daily breakfast and lunch to all students. Coffee and healthy snacks are also available throughout the day. Students in need of additional food assistance should speak to their Work Readiness Instructors or Employment Coaches.

For many students, getting a job is only the first step in achieving financial security. HOPE offers financial literacy workshops that help students and graduates remain stable and confident in their finances after securing employment.

The mission of Work Wellness at HOPE is to provide students with the support they need to achieve all of their goals and to skillfully deal with life’s challenges. HOPE students engage in weekly Work Wellness classes, where they explore their values; increase awareness of diversity in the workplace; and learn stress management techniques, effective communication, and conflict resolution.

HOPE students engage in digital literacy classes, where they learn essential skills including basic computer functionality, job search platform navigation, employer-specific online applications, and more. Our student-centered approach ensures that all HOPE students receive digital training that is tailored to their personal career goals.
