Through our programs, we address systemic inequities within communities and for those carrying historic trauma and hardship.
HOPEworks builds transferable, essential skills like digital literacy, introductory math, financial planning, communication and conflict management, resume building and job application support, as well as interview prep. Our holistic support system provides professional clothing, meals, and mental health case management. HOPEworks includes a weekly stipend and access to industry relevant certifications.
Many of our programs are focused on opportunities in the green economy, exposing participants to environmental justice concerns and solutions. Participants build skills and gain certifications that address these concerns. Every program we offer gives participants access to the HOPEworks core curriculum and the HOPE support system.
Know someone who would be a great fit for our programs? Send them to us, or we can reach out to them directly. Thank you for spreading the word about HOPE!
