The HOPE Program seeks to build a robust network of employer partners who work collaboratively to train, hire, employ, advance and empower job seekers throughout NYC. We prioritize partnerships with employers that mirror our values of Heart, Opportunity, Purpose Driven, and Excellence.

By partnering with The HOPE Program, employers advance the economic mobility of NYC job seekers while mitigating the financial burden of recruiting, hiring, training and retaining new employees.
Beyond access to our credentialed Alumni network, HOPE employer partners receive support with screening, hiring and retention. HOPE’s Employment and Business Services team works directly with employer partners to problem-solve talent acquisition, retention and advancement. Simultaneously, the HOPE Wellness Team provides holistic wrap-around support services (i.e. access to housing, healthcare, financial coaching & more) designed to help alumni maintain and advance on the job.
The HOPE Program also partners with public and private grant providers to subsidize the wage of select job seekers. These funding opportunities are designed to help young people , entry-level workers or career changers to access on-the-job technical training.
The HOPE Program invites new partners to join us in empowering New Yorkers to build sustainable futures. As we invest our programming in the green collar trades, we are eager to partner with employers in the sustainable construction, building operations and clean energy fields.
