HOPE has trainings for jobs in the food industry, green construction, green building maintenance, clerical, retail, animal care and customer service starting on September 17th, September 24th, and October 15th. Details below!

    • Earn Customer Service Excellence Training (CSET) certification
    • Participate in hands-on training
    • Earn access to careers in maintenance, animal care, clerical, customer service and others!
  • Eligibility
    • Be ready to participate in a full-time program and work full time
    • Be stable in recovery, if applicable
    • Be 18 years or older
    • Have identification to demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States
    • No diploma or high school equivalency  required!

Sustainable South Bronx

    • The importance of eco-friendly practices in construction and maintenance, including techniques to improve energy efficiency
    • Basic construction and building operation techniques
    • Basic skills in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing repair and maintenance
    • How to write a resume for the job you want
    • Earn certifications in BPI Air Sealing, OSHA, Flagging, Scaffolding and more! 
  • Eligibility
    • Be ready to participate in a full-time program and work full time
    • Be stable in recovery, if applicable
    • Be 18 years or older
    • Have identification to demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States
    • No diploma or high school equivalency required! 
    • Be interested in a career in building maintenance or green construction
    • Be able to perform manual labor
