The HOPE Program ("HOPE") is committed to safeguarding your
privacy. Our website adheres to a rigid policy for ensuring the privacy of any
personally identifiable information (name, mailing address, email address,
occupation, etc.) that may be collected though our website.
Collecting
Information
HOPE gathers email addresses from users who (1)
contact HOPE for general information purposes or (2) subscribe
to our electronic mailing lists for newsletters and other publications. We may
also collect other personal information, including mailing address and
occupation, from users who choose to send such information by email. The HOPE website will only collect personally identifiable information from you
if you voluntarily supply it.
Tracking
In general, we automatically
gather certain usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors
to this site. This information may include which URL you just came from, which
URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your IP address. We use
such data only in the aggregate. This collective data helps us determine how
much our visitors use parts of the site, and do internal research on our users’

in all respects by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute relating to this Privacy Policy shall

HOPE works to maintain the privacy

address, etc.) that may be collected though our website. Please note, however,
that, though the HOPE website has security measures in place, HOPE does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that personal information

submitted through the HOPE website. Users are hereby advised that they submit

Donor
Privacy Policy
The HOPE Program
is committed to the highest standards of integrity in all fundraising efforts
and to the ethical collection, retention and use of information on donors and
prospects. To accomplish this, The HOPE Program collects and uses personal information such as name, address,
phone number, and e-mail address when a donor voluntarily provides it to
us. The HOPE Program also keeps a record of each donor’s giving history. This information is kept on file for IRS
purposes and is also used by the Development Department to analyze giving
patterns, make more accurate budget projections, and solicit future donations.
The HOPE Program will not exchange, give, sell or rent its donor file to any
other organization.
