Collecting Information
HOPE gathers email addresses from users who (1) contact HOPE for general information purposes or (2) subscribe to our electronic mailing lists for newsletters and other publications. We may also collect other personal information, including mailing address and occupation, from users who choose to send such information by email. The HOPE website will only collect personally identifiable information from you if you voluntarily supply it.

Donor Privacy Policy
The HOPE Program is committed to the highest standards of integrity in all fundraising efforts and to the ethical collection, retention and use of information on donors and prospects. To accomplish this, The HOPE Program collects and uses personal information such as name, address, phone number, and e-mail address when a donor voluntarily provides it to us. The HOPE Program also keeps a record of each donor’s giving history. This information is kept on file for IRS purposes and is also used by the Development Department to analyze giving patterns, make more accurate budget projections, and solicit future donations.

The HOPE Program will not exchange, give, sell or rent its donor file to any other organization.
